• Each harrow section is suspended from support arms by four pivoting parallel link arms. This ensures a continuous, 28 inch range of travel and that all tines maintain constant contact with field surface and adjacent sections. The Contour Commander can handle high ground and depression at the same time. Down pressure is uniform and automatic for any tine angle and field terrain.

Continuous & Even Contact of Tines to Ground

• All tines maintain constant soil contact. The Contour Commander compensates for a wide range of field terrain and spreads straw evenly, in steep hollows and over hilltops. U-Joints work with the Parallel Link to contour and flex to any field terrain.

• Continuous solid pull when cornering eliminates snap back, a common problem with a cable type pull harrow. This is a higher quality method of linking the harrow to the draw bar and it permits less flexing which stresses the boom. With an 8 inch x 8 inch main boom you can back away from trouble, unfold easier and enjoy lower maintenance costs.

• The optional hydraulic tine angle adjust allows fast and easy adjustment right from the tractor. With hydraulically adjustable tine angles you can change the angle from an aggressive 90 degrees to a less aggressive 45 degrees quickly and easily without leaving the tractor. It provides effective straw breakage and distribution in changing field conditions.

• Provides superior straw holding capacity for movement of straw from high to low straw areas without plugging. You can get more work done in a day without stopping.

• Available in Standard 9/16 inch x 26 inch or the optional 5/8 inch x 28 inch. The 5/8” tine is 2 inches longer than any of the competition, allowing for better vibration of the tine resulting in improved straw fragmentation while lasting longer. Tines are available in steel or harder chromium tips that are more durable, lasting 3 to 4 times longer than regular steel. The heavier the tine the more it can provide more aggressive secondary tillage use and pre-working incorporation.
