Features

Efficient Grain Flow Design

Brandt's exclusive design uses fewer moving parts, which means lower maintenance costs, increased reliability, and extended life. It is capable of moving up to 8,000 bushels per hour in wheat and corn, or up to 8,500 bushels per hour in canola.
The innovative body design couples the double-bladed fan close to the inlet, minimizing restriction of the airflow, while the 14 inch flighting inside supercharges the 13 inch High Performance Auger allowing maximum capacity while gently handling the grain.

Cone Separator & Air Equalizer Elbow

An industry first, Brandt's Cone Separator directs grain into the auger without the use of moving parts or chaffers in the body. No adjustments are required when going from crop to crop. The full steel Cone Separator efficiently directs grain away from the inlet fan, while allowing air in. Separation of the grain and air occurs in a 9 inch window, eliminating suction loss associated with the contraction and expansion of air.

Low Horsepower Requirement

provides maximum capacity with only 120 HP to allow use of mid-sized tractors commonly found on farms. Competitor’s larger models require 50% more horsepower than the efficient design of the 7500HP. Brandt’s proven Air throttle eliminates power surges reducing driveline stress while lowering fuel costs.

Fully Adjustable Bin Snake

maintain the straightest possible airflow by raising or lowering hoses to retain the maximum grain capacity over long distances. The gear jack supported bin snake significantly reduces weight and increases maneuverability of the steel hose while cleaning up inside the bin resulting in reduced operator fatigue..

Hydraulic Auto-Fold Auger

The folding Design uses two hydraulic cylinders that allow the auger to fold and unload while positioned next to the bin. Double lipped seals eliminate air leakage between the folds. An outrigger arm is sequenced to automatically fold and unfold with the auger to securely hold the GrainVac 7500HP in position while providing a route for static electricity discharge.

The innovative shovel design offers faster, easier clean up. The four castor wheels and swivel clamp require less user effort as they follow the natural movement of the hoses. Competitive models with fixed wheels require extra work to move sideways in the bin. The adjustable T-handle quickly adapts to all heights of operators.

MaxFlo Nozzle

The 8 inch MaxFlo Nozzle has lightweight aluminum construction and easily adjusts the air and grain mixture with various hose lengths. Louvers in the nozzle and stainless steel adjusting bands maintain grain in the airstream for maximum reliability and capacity.

Hose Tree

The built-in Hose Tree folds down to access to hoses quickly and easily at the site and convenient storage when you are finished.

Easy to Use and Maintain

a convenient fan access door allows quick and easy inspection of fan and replaceable wear strip. There are only 4 grease points on the GrainVac and auger shear bolt protection is built into the PTO shaft. An easy accessible door underneath the auger makes full clean out quick and easy.

Advanced synthetic bushings in auger fold pivots provide long, maintenance free operation. The new rubber mounted middle flight ensures smooth alignment and reduces stress on the hanger bearing while the spring loaded top flight protects and softens drive engagement. Replaceable UHMW upper tube wear liner protects auger tube and extends life.
