Features

Drive Over, Unload, and Drive Away

With the convenient single set up positioning, the GrainDeck makes the job easy. Once it's in place, drivers find it easy to line trucks up directly over the hoppers for unloading. The driver never has to reposition the conveyor or transfer.

The Ultimate Piler

Brandt has developed a Bunker Kit which allows you to hydraulically convert the GrainDeck and the 20 Series Field GrainBelt to move in unison at 90 degrees to your grain pile. By simply hitting your hydraulic lever on the tractor and attaching cables you can move the unit alongside the bunker without having to unhook and reposition each piece separately.

Spring Loaded Belt Tensioners

A spring loaded, slack side tensioner ensures constant belt tension by compensating for uneven loading across the rollers and maintains even belt tracking on the drive roller under all load conditions.

Low Deck Height

Brandt's unique design keeps the GrainDeck low at only 5 3/4 inches, a height that fuel tanks and center dump grain trailers can easily clear.

Wide, Collapsible Hopper

Boasting a 38 inch wide by 118 inch long hopper, trucks can easily drive over the GrainDeck. A spring assisted lever makes it easy to raise and lower the hopper flaps. This is especially helpful with custom trucking or where truckers are under pressure to return quickly to the road or field.

Splash Cover

A fabric Splash Cover for Open Top Augers connects the auger to the Grain Deck to reduce grain splash. Please note that a Double Tube GrainDeck is required to use this in conjunction with the Open Top Auger.
