OVERVIEW NEVER LOOK BACK Step into a new SMART Guardian front boom sprayer from New Holland and you won’t look back. The advantages of a front mount boom are many. With a front boom, you get the best of all views and never need to turn in your seat to monitor spraying action. Nozzles are located behind the boom, so you have a complete, unrestricted view of every nozzle. Spray is delivered into the crop before the tires go over it, eliminating the potential for dust to neutralize the spray.

It’s fully adjustable, heated and vented, too. The steering wheel is also leather-wrapped and you get enhanced radio with XM Satellite, Bluetooth and more luxury features. In addition, the cab is equipped with USB charge ports and a RAM X-Grip® mount for tablets and cell phones. |

UPGRADED DISPLAY An upgraded ISObus-ready 7-inch, 15:9 touchscreen engine/transmission display is standard equipment. It is located are the front of the armrest and provides clear, on-the-go information on engine, DEF, electronics, transmission and plumbing operations. With the touch of a finder, the touchscreen display allows the operator to control all sprayer plumbing operations such as agitation (sparge), rinse, main tank sump, etc. In addition, the display works in conjunction with a rear backup camera option.

DRIVETRAIN

SINGLE-PASS COOLING Guardian Sprayers use a stacked, one-pass cooling package. Instead of modules being layered front to back, they are positioned on top of each other, so they all receive the benefit of the same, cool air flow. The high-volume fan pulls air through the entire system in a single pass, allowing for more efficient flow of cooler air through all of the cores for maximum efficiency.

HIGH-CLEARANCE PRODUCTIVITY Industry-leading six-foot crop clearance means you can get in the field for spraying just about any time, even late in the growing season. You are able to adjust tread width hydraulically anywhere from 120 to 160 inches center to center. |

HIGHLY MANEUVERABLE The Guardian’s 13.5/15-foot turning radius is the best in the industry. Headland turns are fast and precise and it’s easy to maneuver in tight places. With the 4-wheel steer option, front and rear wheels follow the same track, minimizing crop damage and allows for quick easy turning on the headlands.

BETTER TRACTION, LESS COMPACTION Components are placed to create a nearly perfect 50/50 weight distribution for maximum traction and minimum compaction. On all front boom models the tank is located at the center of the frame to maintain weight distribution as the product is applied. The rugged frame is made with ultra-high strength steel that is both stronger and lighter than frames made with conventional steel. |

BEST SUSPENSION IN THE INDUSTRY A hydraulic and nitrogen accumulator suspension system with an industry-leading 20 inches of suspension travel takes the pounding of uneven terrain and reduces stress on sprayer and operator. It also improves spraying accuracy and maintains all-wheel stability and traction.

TANK RINSE SYSTEM A 150-gallon rinse tank is standard equipment. It carries enough water to rinse the entire product system and can be controlled manually or electronically from the cab. This is a convenience feature of the Guardian Front Boom Sprayers. |
