 The NEW MSA 200 C-BQ is the newest addition to our battery-powered chain saw line-up offering 30% more cutting performance compared to the MSA 160 C-BQ and a bigger cutting diameter by accomodating up to a 14” blade. This unit is ideal for landscaping and tree pruning jobs, cutting firewood and for working indoors or in noise sensitive areas. Another innovative product only from STIHL.

    QuickStop Super Chain Brake (Q)

    The additional braking system for extra safety. Users can trigger the chain brake directly at the rear handle. The chain stops in seconds whenever the user lets go of the rear handle and whenever there is sufficiently strong kickback or when the front hand guard is activated. This unique safety feature ensures even more user protection in all working positions.

    Charger

    Two chargers are available: the AL 100 standard charger and AL 300 quick charger. For 100% charge, the AL 100 charges the AP 80 battery in 100 minutes, and the AP 160 battery in approx 165 minutes. The AL 300 quick charger charges the AP 80 battery in 50 minutes and the AP 160 battery in 60 minutes.

    Very powerful lithium-ion battery with 80 Wh, compatible with all STIHL and VIKING cordless tools. The battery has no memory effect, meaning it can be charged hundreds of times for a consistent performance. Rechargeable with charger AL 100 standard charger or AL 300 quick charger.
